If you would like it to flash/be a gif, please email me. If you have the design, just email it to me and I will code it. If you would like me to design the ad for you, you must select that option, and then I will email you regarding the design. My designs come with unlimited revisions. Even if you provide the design, I will still contact you and ask you where you would like the ad to link to.
